Great service. Patiently waited for us to figure out traffic and mechanic details, and then came to tow. Good gear to tow the vehicle, especially its not easy to tow our 2ton Fortuner. Albeit a small distance. He helped and assisted us when we needed help, late into the night and on a Saturday!
